Shop Direct Ireland, which owns the Littlewoods Ireland brand, posted a bump in sales and profits in the year ending June 2019 despite reporting a “challenging” year because of concerns over Brexit. Pre-tax profits at the online retail business increased more than 10% from €7.4m to €8.2m.
